  • Review of USPTO Notices of Publication (for pending trademark registration applications) and roughly 100 federal, state, search engine, social media, domain name and other common law resources at the frequency you prescribe (monthly, weekly or daily)
  • Trademark monitoring reports delivered at the frequency you prescribe, with detailed summary reports provided on a monthly basis (you can also request weekly or daily reports)
  • Pursuing infringers through cease and desist demands; litigation and UDRP actions (for domain names) are not covered under the flat fee, but may be purchased separately
  • Depending on volume, clearance and registration services for new trademarks will be provided for discounted rates on a limited, scheduled basis
